The next stop on our cruise was in Cozumel, Mexico. We were really excited for this trip because we decided to go to see the Mayan ruins in Tulum. It was so fantastic! I love all that archaeological stuff, so does Clayton, so this was really amazing for us to see. Once we got off the cruise ship, we got onto another smaller ship that would take us to the mainland. Then on a bus ride where we met our tour guide. She was pretty energetic, so it made it fun. While we were driving we actually saw a small tornado out in the ocean. That was pretty cool to see.

This guy was creepy. He just paced around at the entrance to the Mayan town that sells to people walking into the ruins.
It actually felt pretty good outside, but the humidity had us dripping in sweat within minutes.

After touring the ruins, we got to go swimming at the beach below the city, grab some lunch and souveneirs, and then head back onto the cruise ship for a day at sea and then back home! It was the best way to spend a honeymoon! We already hope to go on a cruise when we can afford it :)
